What?
Moodsites finds the websites you want based on their mood, and your mood. You can surf only happy sites, sad sites, angry sites, etc. or a combination of moods. Rate each website you visit on how it makes you feel. If a site hasn't been rated yet, you get to set its mood.
How?
This is the mood panel:

You will be using this to surf sites with Moodsites.
Getting to a new site
There are two ways to visit a site and set its mood. To get to a site that has already been rated, simply click the "Next" button on the mood panel. That will take you to a new Moodsite within the ranges of moods you've chosen to surf.
To get to any site you want, just type it in the web address bar at the upper left of the mood panel, then click "GO". Once the site is loaded, Moodsites will tell you if the site has been rated or not. Either way, you can set a mood for the page and move on to the next one!
Rating
To set a site's mood, first pick the emoticon that matches the way you feel about it. Does the content make you happy? Sad? If the mood you feel isn't on the panel, you can pick the closest one or move on to the next site.
After you've chosen the main mood by clicking an emoticon, you can adjust the slider to set the level of the mood. If the site makes you very happy, slide it all the way to the right. If it only makes you a little happy, move it the left. The larger emoticon will reflect the level you choose.
Once you've picked a mood and mood level, just click the check mark to rate the site. This will store your mood rating for the site, and can change its overall mood completely. If you pick a different rating for a site you've already rated before, Moodsites will store the new rating instead.
